Sudbury, Ontario's Chris McClellan gets his aptly named "Outa Control" blown Altered in a twist at St. Thomas Dragway in 1999. The short-wheelbased terror, built by Mike Spitzer and powered by Jim Oddy, is a low six-second performer when it goes straight!
