Three Generations of Dixons!

Three generations of Dixons celebrate Larry, Sr. driving at the 2003 NHRR Cacklefest.

As Cacklefest was winding down, I spotted Larry Dixon, Jr. and his son headed down the track towards his father. I immediately followed, hoping for a good photo opportunity. When Larry, Sr. had pushed down in the Howard Cams Rattler, the smile on his face was something to see! Just as the engine was shut off, I snapped this photo that I think captures what a great time Larry Dixon, Sr. was having. This was just one of the many memorable experiences that I had at the National Hot Rod Reunion!

PS - I finally got my article about the reunion online. I have about 100 pics posted (so far). Many more pics to come as I get time. I have about 900 to choose from and about 300 more from a couple of friends (that I'll be getting copies of).
