in junior hi-school while on a C.O.E. program that meant you had enough credits to graduate and went to school half a day and went to work i had a class called Boy's contempory living

we had a full kitchen to mess with and learned how to iron clothes, clean windows and cook

the teacher was hot !! kinda like a young Martha Stewart type

anyway my cooking project was a tuna-noodle casserole

it was pretty good with the flakey crust and bubbleing top just right ! Ithink i got a B+ on it

I'm a casserole fan of any type. Some of my favorite comfort foods! I learned how to cook and clean and all that stuff WAY back when I was a kid. Mom had to work every day, dad was in heaven, and the rest of us did all the housework from ten years old down to five. I didn't get out of that stuff until I got my first job at 14... and then that started this NEW chapter that I've been working on for 30 plus years! Of course, then I had to do both things for years, but now the kids pitch in pretty well in my house, too. Emily made waffles for everyone this Sunday... from scratch... bp

You took a cooking class because the teacher was hot!!

yep it sure wasn't for the oven mitts !! nothing like you see on the news these days with hot teachers and students hookin up... we just sat and stared at her mostly
