Rockingham, N.C. - Paul Romine won the $200,000 IHRA Summit Top Fuel Championship at the CARQUEST Autumn Nationals in Rockingham, N. C. The battle between Romine, 52, of Indianapolis, Bruce Litton, also of Indianapolis and Clay Millican, Drummonds Tn. came down to the final pass of the final race of the season. Though Millican won the race, Romine won the championship by seven points. Romine finished the season with 1110 points to Millican's 1103 and Litton's 1084.
