Millican Leads Qualifying at IHRA ACDelco
Nationals Presented by Chevrolet

RICHMOND, Va. - Clay Millican led first day Top Fuel qualifying at the IHRA ACDelco Nationals presented by Chevrolet at Virginia Motorsports Park. The Drummonds, Tenn.-based driver recorded a 4.748, 301.07 in his Werner-sponsored Top Fuel dragster.

Other number one qualifiers in the professional categories include Quain Stott, Inman, SC, in Pro Modified; Rob Atchinson, London, Ont., in Funny Car; and Charlie Peppers, Auburn, Ga., in Sunoco Pro Stock.

Slate Cummings won $22,500 by capturing the prestigious Moser Axle Mania Shootout.

Qualifying continues Saturday at 1 PM with final eliminations Sunday. The ACDelco Nationals presented by Chevrolet is the fourth stop on the twelve-race Hooters IHRA Drag Racing Series.
