If you are attending the California Hot Rod Reunion next weekend (October 15-17), the Quarter Mile Foundation would like to extend an invitation to you to visit our display.
We would welcome an opportunity to talk to you about the PROJECT 1320 documentary film series about the history of drag racing, and the progress we have made in a little over a year. The Foundation will have on display the reproduction of the famed “Old Black Studebaker” gasser car built by the legendary Junior Thompson and Sonny Messer, a clone of the car Junior campaigned in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Junior will be on hand to talk about the car and sign autographs.
