February 6, 2014- Daytona Florida based Larsen Motorsports has added a new member to their jet racing teams. Alana Ward, 19, has accepted a position with LMS as their PR/Marketing Director for the 2014 season.
Along with working for LMS this year, Alana will also be co-hosting the IHRA Nitro Jam Series with announcers in the tower. With a passion for the motorsports industry and still a student at the University of Florida, Alana feels like she’s got the whole world in her hands.
“I couldn’t be more excited and honored to be working for such an outstanding team doing what I love and what I’ve been working so hard towards. I can’t wait to see what the 2014 season has in store,” Ward eagerly commented.
“I first met Alana during a display LMS was accomplishing for a NASCAR race at the Daytona International Speedway,” said Elaine Larsen. “From the moment we met I thought, That’s a girl I would like to have working for LMS. Alana’s passion for the Motorsports Industry and keen sense of marketing are exactly what LMS is looking for.”
Larsen Motorsports and Alana will be back at the Daytona International Speedway for the world famous 2014 Speed-Weeks. Come fire up the season with Alana and Elaine Larsen and meet select members of the LMS jet racing teams in the manufactures Midway outside of turn 4 for the duration of the 2014 Speed-Week events.
