Phil is the owner and driver of "41T", a ’23 Model T Fuel Altered. He competes regularly at the tracks around London area and in the UK. His popular personality and driving style exemplify the true spirit of Drag Racing, and I will be proud to feature his operation in detail in my segment Monday evening!
