Santa Ana, Calif. (December 30, 2015) – The Terminator/GT500 rivalry really heated up in 2015 with intense competition and exciting drag races at several NMRA events. During the 2016 season, the rivalry continues with three events starting at the season opener in Bradenton, Florida. Presented by VMP Performance, each
Terminator/GT500 Shootout brings together some of the quickest Cobras and GT500s in the country racing for two separate purses.
For 2016, the UPR Products Quick 8 will race for a separate purse, while the rest of the field races for the normal payouts. In addition, each Terminator/GT500 Shootout participant will receive a free entry into Saturday’s True Street class for even more chances to win (must fit True Street rules).

- 22nd Annual Nitto Tire NMRA Spring Break Shootout at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton, Florida on March 3-6
- 16th Annual NMRA Ford Motorsport Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway in Mohnton, PA on April 28-May 1
- 18th Annual Nitto Tire NMRA All-Ford World Finals at Beech Bend Raceway Park in Bowling Green, Kentucky on September 29-October 2, 2016
