PC Richard.com returns for the 2016 Season as the corporate sponsor of the NHRA Northeast Division PC Richard.com National Open Series. In a change for 2016, there will not be a year-long points program as has been done in the past, but we are excited to announce the PC Richard.com $35,000 Atco Dragway Open May 13-15, 2016. The awards that had previously gone to PC Richard.com National Open Series Champions, will now be put into the purse at this special event that kicks off a series of five events.
The Atco event will include Super Stock and Stock Class eliminations on Friday, a Stock/SS CIC race for all Class winners on Saturday, and Top 8 races for Super Comp, Super Gas, and Super Street on Saturday. To add to the excitement of this event, SS, STK, SC, SG, and SST will all be racing for $2500 to win and $1000 for runner-up!!! (Minimum 32 car field in each category)
Top Dragster & Top Sportsman will have one qualifying run on Friday, two qualifying runs on Saturday and eliminations on Sunday. Winners will receive $2000, and runner ups $750. (Minimum 48 car field in each category).
Stock and Super Stock records runs can be made during the Thursday test and tune as well as the first 2 runs Friday and Saturday. There will be no Automatic Horsepower Factoring System in place at any of our PC Richard.com National Open Series Events, so Stock and Super Stock racers can hammer down!
Entry fee for the event will be $140 for car and driver.
NO additional fee for the Top 8 Race (SC, SG, SST)
