Just a reminder that there is a drivers meeting April 1 at 2 PM, Days Inn, 200 Oak Street Batavia NY. We will be discussing this years activities and upcoming events, new opportunities within the GRS (There are four(4) board members positions up for nomination as well please review your for position descriptions if you are interested in any of the positions) and review rules updates just to name a few agenda items.
We will be accepting new and renewal membership 30min prior to the meeting start to allow as many interested parties to participate in the Nomination / Acceptance of change and finance information process. As In years past we will start the meeting with a members only audience then once we move to the general topics we will invite the non members in to participate.
Not everyone has computer access, please spread the word to interested parties. Hope to see you all there.
