NMCA Muscle Car Mayhem Kicks Off the 2018 Season

Santa Ana, CA (February 7, 2018) – The NMCA Muscle Car Nationals Series starts the 2018 season in style with a high octane, supercharged season opener at Bradenton Motorsports Park in Bradenton, Florida, the weekend of March 8-11, 2018. Presented by E3 Spark Plugs, the 16th Annual NMCA Muscle Car Mayhem event includes screaming fast 3,500+HP VP Racing Fuels Xtreme Pro Mods, Mickey Thompson Radial Wars, Vortech Superchargers Street Outlaw, Edelbrock Xtreme Street, ARP Nitrous Pro Street and more, all competing for the chance to visit the Aerospace Components Winner’s Circle on Sunday.

One-day spectator tickets are just $25 with free parking and access to the action on the track, in the pits, at the car show, and on the midway. Get your tickets at the gate on the date of the event. Kids 12 and under are always free!

The warm climate, excited fans and close proximity to the Florida Gulf beaches make this a popular destination event for thousands of American muscle car fans. Ideal track conditions give racers the perfect scenario to debut the latest and greatest cars and combinations for the new season. One of the most popular categories, Holley EFI Factory Super Cars, is where COPO Camaros, Cobra Jet Mustangs and Drag Pak Challengers compete in a heads up format for the ultimate bragging rights.

If the action on the racetrack isn’t enough, there’s a giant all-American muscle car and hot rod car show on Saturday and Sunday where hundreds of hard-core enthusiasts will be showing off their late and early model prized possessions. The weekend also includes one of the largest manufacturers’ midways of the year with new product displays and representatives from some of the finest automotive aftermarket companies in the industry. Shop for muscle car t-shirts, hoodies, hats and more at the NMCA Power Mall and head to the swap meet for deals on the automotive parts that you won’t find at your local retailer.
