Weather Postpones ADRL Dragpalooza at Motorplex to July 2-3

Weather Postpones This Weekend’s ADRL Dragpalooza At Texas Motorplex to July 2-3

ENNIS, Texas – Due to the impending threat of inclement weather at the Texas Motorplex this weekend, American Drag Racing League officials made the difficult decision to cancel all racing activities at the track. The CBD American Shaman 2021 ADRL tour is now rescheduled at the Dallas-area venue for July 2-3. All free tickets distributed for this weekend’s ADRL Dragpalooza will be honored for the makeup date.

"We hated to pull the plug on this," said ADRL CEO Kenny Nowling. "We made it all the way here with drivers from all over the country ready to put on a Texas-sized show for these fans, but Mother Nature’s always going to get the win light, so we had to postpone.

"This is just a small setback because now, we have time to make this race, held in God’s country on the weekend of America’s birthday, one that both racers and fans will never forget!"

CBD American Shaman 2021 ADRL Tour Schedule:

June 11-12: ADRL Gateway Drags (WWT Raceway)
July 2-3: ADRL Dragpalooza (Texas Motorplex)
Race 3: ADRL Summer Drags (Date/Location TBD)
Sept. 10-11: ADRL U.S. Drags (Texas Motorplex)
Oct. 1-2: ADRL Fall Drags (Location TBD)
Oct. 22-23: ADRL Dragstock XIII (WWT Raceway)
