Sometimes mother nature just ruins a good drag race. Such was the case with the Brian Olson Memorial PDRA World Finals presented by ProCharger at Virginia Motorsports Park. Steady rain began after round 2 on Sunday and lasted through Monday forcing the cancellation. Those few season championships not already determined were then based on last points earned. Henry Underwood’s consistent season earned him the MagnaFuel Elite Top Sportsman championship.
Mohammed Alawed caught a case of hot food during Drag 965 Pro Nitrous Motorcycle qualifying.
Tim Essick’s “Brown Sugar” Mustang is the 2022 Menscer Motorsports Pro Street Champion.
Brian McHattie found lots of traction on the VMP surface.
Larry Roberts parlayed his Norwalk win into the Lucas Oil Elite Top Dragster championship
Based on completed rounds, Travis Davis is the Drag 965 Pro Nitrous Motorcycle champ.
