I want to let y’all know that I’m starting Racer of the Week back up in 2023 as part of my segment on Draglist LIVE.
As of today, I have two Racers of the Week lined up for January, with a 3rd and 4th on hold. They are very cool guys, and they have awesome hot rods. I’m open to recommendations.
Here are the new criteria:
- I have to go with referrals only.
- The Racer has to have a Facebook page. We have to become friends on Facebook as part of the process.
- The feature has to be done with Facebook messaging only. I can’t do phone calls. Emails are OK if the racer wants to send his or her info from an article or an existing text file.
- The Racer has to know what Draglist LIVE and Racer of the Week are and approves of his or her recommendation before I’m contacted.
- They have to know that Racer of the Week is NOT a live interview, and there is NO COST involved at all. All they get is worldwide ink.
- That’s about all I can think of at this time. The guys who are in for January are cool with all that.
