Big July for IHRA Members

Three different tracks are hosting IHRA Sportsman Spectacular presented by Moser Engineering and FuelTech in July with opportunities to qualify for the IHRA Summit SuperSeries World Finals.

But to be qualify, your IHRA membership must be up to date to have the chance to race at the IHRA World Finals with over $275,000 in payouts and prizes.

There are other opportunities to compete for the IHRA Summit SuperSeries track points with a required membership date of July 1st. That’s the end of this week so be sure you’re eligible to compete at your local track.

As for the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular events, there are two races on Saturday, July 15 at Motor Mile Dragway at Pulaski County Motorsports Park in Virginia and Muncie Dragway in Indiana. One week later on Saturday, July 22, the IHRA Sportsman Spectacular comes to Quaker City Motorsports Park in Ohio.

In each case, these events are tailored to the individual track’s programs as the prestigious IHRA Ironman trophies and big checks are handed out to the event winner. Event entry is available at the track and IHRA license renewal is available on site.

However, you don’t want to wait past July 1 and miss out on the other opportunities like going to the IHRA Summit Team Finals. Ask any of the past participants and they will tell you these are some of the most fun events of the entire year.
