NOTE: Top Fuel points leader Justin Ashley took his dragster to the provisional No. 1 spot on Friday at Maple Grove Raceway when he went 3.687 seconds at 335.57 mph at the first race of the 2023 NHRA Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

Funny Car Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

Ford Motorcraft/Quick Lane Mustang

3.874 seconds, 334.90 mph

NOTE: Funny Car driver Bob Tasca III impressed fans at Maple Grove Raceway on Friday when he rocketed to a 3.874-second pass at 334.90 mph to take the provisional No. 1 spot at the Pep Boys NHRA Nationals. If it holds, it will give him his fifth No. 1 of the season.

Johnson’s Horsepowered Garage / Melling Performance Camaro

6.494 seconds, 211.13 mph

NOTE: Reigning Pro Stock champion Erica Enders powered her hot rod to a 6.494-second pass at 211.13 mph to put her in the provisional No. 1 position at the Pep Boys NHRA Nationals to kick of the NHRA Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

Pro Stock Motorcycle Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

Vance & Hines Mission Foods Suzuki

6.678 seconds, 202.45 mph

NOTE: Pro Stock Motorcycle points leader Gaige Herrera clocked a 6.678-second pass at 202.45 mph to go to the provisional No. 1 qualifier spot on Friday at Maple Grove Raceway.
