NOTE: Former Top Fuel champion Brittany Force rocketed to the provisional top spot on Friday at the NHRA Carolina Nationals at zMAX Dragway when she clocked at 3.690 seconds 334.24 mph. If it holds for best of the class on Saturday, it would give Force her third No. 1 of the year.
