NOTE: Top Fuel points leader Doug Kalitta extended his points lead on Sunday when he won the NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals at the third race of the Countdown to the Championship playoffs. Kalitta made a 3.796-second pass at 327.98 mph to win over Ida Zetterström at World Wide Technology Raceway.

3.979 seconds, 329.34 mph

NOTE: Matt Hagan picked up his second Funny Car win of the season at this weekend’s NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals in St. Louis. Hagan powered to a 3.979-second pass at 329.34 mph to win over Jack Beckman at World Wide Technology Raceway. Sunday’s win moved Hagan to second in the points standings.

6.531 seconds, 209.33 mph

NOTE: Reigning Pro Stock world champion Greg Anderson won his sixth win of the season when he defeated Matt Hartford with his 6.531-second pass at 209.33 mph in the final round of the NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals. Anderson’s win on Sunday was his fourth win at World Wide Technology Raceway.

6.791 seconds, 199.61 mph

NOTE: Gaige Herrera earned his third consecutive win at World Wide Technology Raceway on Sunday when he won the NAPA Auto Parts NHRA Midwest Nationals over Brayden Davis. Herrera clocked a 6.791-second pass at 199.61 mph to win over Davis. Herrera moved to second in the Pro Stock Motorcycle points standings.
