NOTE: Shawn Langdon won his third consecutive Top Fuel race and fourth of the season when he won the inaugural NHRA Potomac Nationals presented by JEGS on Sunday at Maryland International Raceway. Langdon posted a 3.762-second pass at 334.90 mph to win over his teammate and reigning champion Doug Kalitta.

NOTE: Reigning two-time Funny Car world champion Austin Prock secured his first win of the season when he defeated Jack Beckman in the final round of the inaugural NHRA Potomac Nationals presented by JEGS. Prock made a 3.956-second pass at 324.20 mph to win at NHRA’s debut at Maryland International Raceway.

NOTE: Pro Stock veteran Greg Anderson earned his second win of the season when he won the inaugural NHRA Potomac Nationals presented by JEGS by defeating his teammate and reigning world champion Dallas Glenn. Anderson clocked a 6.472-second pass at 212.46 mph to win at NHRA’s first race at Maryland International Raceway.

Pro Stock Motorcycle Winner

6.683 seconds, 201.52 mph

NOTE: Pro Stock Motorcycle rider Angie Smith won the 200th NHRA Mission Foods Drag Racing Series event for women on Sunday when she won the inaugural NHRA Potomac Nationals presented by JEGS at Maryland. She defeated Ryan Oehler in the final round with her 6.683-second pass at 201.52 mph to close out race day at Maryland International Raceway.
