Drag Racing News: Steve Gibbs named to Quarter Mile Foundation Board by Steve Cole. Steve Gibbs, the long-time Vice President of Competition of the National Hot Rod Association has accepted a position as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Quarter Mile Foundation, producers of the PROJECT 1320 documentary series about the growth and evolution of drag racing.
