MILLINGTON, Tennessee (October 10, 2015)– The Summit Racing Equipment World Finals featuring Nitro Jam will resume tomorrow due to unsafe conditions on the drag strip. The dew point and moisture in the shutdown area raised some safety concerns.
Sportsman eliminations and the final round of Nitro Jam eliminations will take place Sunday morning at Memphis International Raceway. The continuation of sportsman racing will start at 9 a.m. CT and the final round of Nitro Jam eliminations will begin at 11 a.m. CT.
Spectators with tickets from today’s eliminations will be honored tomorrow at the gate. Please present the gate agent with a ticket stub or receipt for proof of purchase.
