Top Fuel Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

NOTE: Tennessee native and former Bristol winner Clay Millican tallied a 3.786-second pass at 325.06 mph to give him the Top Fuel provisional No. 1 spot at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals. If it stays atop the field, it will be Millican’s first No. 1 qualifier of the season.

Funny Car Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

3.958 seconds, 317.34 mph

NOTE: Funny Car’s Austin Prock continued to impress NHRA fans with his qualifying effort on Friday at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals at Bristol Dragway. Prock powered his way to a 3.958-second pass at 317.34 mph and if it holds, it will be his sixth No. 1 qualifier of the eight 2024 NHRA races.

Pro Stock Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

Johnson’s Horsepowered Garage / Melling Performance / SCAG Power Equipment Pro Stock car

6.631 seconds, 206.92 mph

NOTE: Reigning Pro Stock champion Erica Enders continued her qualifying dominance on Friday at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals when she clocked a 6.6310-second pass at 206.92 to land in the provisional No. 1 qualifying spot at Bristol Dragway. If it holds, it will mark Enders’ fourth low qualifier of the year.

Pro Stock Motorcycle Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

6.788 seconds, 198.52 mph

NOTE: Pro Stock Motorcycle veteran Matt Smith currently sits in the provisional No. 1 qualifier position at the Super Grip NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals thanks to his 6.788-second pass at 198.52 mph from Friday at Bristol Dragway.
