NOTE: Top Fuel veteran Doug Kalitta powered to the provisional No. 1 qualifier spot on Friday at the NHRA Brainerd Nationals when he raced to a 3.705-second pass at 340.30 mph. Kalitta will be aiming for his fourth No. 1 qualifier of the season.

Funny Car Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

NOTE: Reigning Funny Car champion Austin Prock took the provisional No. 1 spot on Friday at Brainerd International Raceway when he raced to a 3.892-second pass at 329.91 mph. If it holds, it will give Prock his second career top qualifier.

Pro Stock Provisional No. 1 Qualifier

6.588 seconds, 207.21 mph

NOTE: Pro Stock standout Matt Latino is the current No. 1 qualifier at the NHRA Brainerd Nationals thanks to his 6.588-second pass at 207.21 mph on Friday at Brainerd International Raceway. If it holds, it will mark his first career No. 1 qualifier position.
